Journal Keeper

I use journaling to capture ideas, sketch, and experiment with materials. Inspired by the working methods of bees, I’ve developed a process that is both structured and playful, drawing on techniques from my Journal Therapy coach training and Neurographic Art. My journals are a space to explore, test, and organize ideas, turning thoughts into practical steps for making. I also share this approach with others, helping them use journaling to process, reflect, and overcome creative blocks.

Ever since diving in the journal community I’ve seen so many journals that reflect the personalities of their keepers. It inspired me to contribute in my own way: I curate vintage and pre-loved charms that can be added to journals, helping each one become even more personal and expressive of the individual who holds it.
